Dental Rates 2021
The rates have been determined by the Dutch Health Authority (NZa). Rates are valid from 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2021.
Your dental care bill
In our practice we focus on attention and good care. Therefore, we spend sending and collecting our accounts to Infomedics. This is a specialized, professional and reliable company.
Your bill on paper or online?
If you want to process your account online, our practice requires your email address and mobile number. This information is used by Infomedics to give you secure access to the online portal where your account is ready. If you log in to your Infomedics portal, enter the SMS code you receive from Infomedics. If you prefer to receive your account on paper, you can set it on your portal.
